The terrain from Santiago to Nata was pretty flat. I was happy about this. It make a for an easy ride.

The pavement between Aguadulce and Nata is older and there were a few holes in the ground to watch out for. I’m noticing that there seems to be more debris on the road as I get closer to Panama City.

There are many stores and restaurants along this route, so it’s easy to find food and get water. I feel comfortable carrying less supplies now.

It took me about 6 hours to travel 67 km. I also took a 1 hour and 20 minute break to eat lunch and do the live broadcast.

This puts me at around 184 km to Panama City!
